Minimum of 3 years professional graphic design within an organization???s creative or marketing communication department or with an advertising agency. BA/BS in Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent degree required. HTML experience preferred. Good communication & organizational skills with a willingness to share ideas within a team setting, receive constructive direction, and contribute in a collaborative effort. Creative and talented undergraduates and entry-level designers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Description: Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the design of a wide variety of training, promotional, advertising and marketing collateral to support the ongoing marketing and communications efforts of Jewel Kade and its independent sales representatives. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected, while the position is also solely responsible for all graphic development from conception through production. Reports to the Director of Marketing. No management responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions:
Participate in creative strategy meetings and develop new design concepts relative to marketing campaigns, special events, social media and training needs, all within the parameters of Jewel Kade???s corporate branding. Design effective, results-oriented promotional, advertising and sales???oriented marketing collateral for a wide range of assignments, including training and sales materials, catalogs, print projects and files for electronic broadcast. Prepare files for print or electronic distribution. Archive and organize artwork and electronically for future retrieval. Attend press checks as needed for approval of art, color, quality and layout.
