PROVO -- After roughing up Tulsa and moving to 3-0 the 6th ranked Cougars had to travel to Hawaii, a traditionally tough place to play, and it was arguably the greatest defensive play in BYU history that made the win possible.

BYU stuffed two Hawaii plays at the goal line. On third down BYU's senior captain LB Kyle Morrell dived over the offensive line at the snap of the ball and tackled the Hawaii quarterback keeping him out of the end zone and forcing the Warriors to settle for a field goal.

The Cougars eventually scored the game winning touchdown to preserve their undefeated season and march to the national title.
