Body of man accused of shooting estranged wife found

The body of a man wanted in connection with the shooting of his estranged wife at a convenience store in American Fork on Christmas Eve was discovered Sunday, police said.

The body of Michael Darrin Lowe, 49, was located at Willow Park in Lehi by someone visiting the park, according to American Fork Sgt. Cameron Paul. Paul said the body was found in some thick reeds and willows, and partially buried in snow.

Ringling Bros. circus to close after 146 years

After 146 years, the curtain is coming down on "The Greatest Show on Earth." The owner of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus told The Associated Press that the show will close forever in May.
