SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake Bees' 10-game winning streak against the Sacramento River Cats is no more.

The Bees lost back-to-back to Sacramento over the weekend after Friday’s 16-6 loss, which came after Salt Lake went up 5-0.

Salt Lake has given up 30 runs in the past two games — but still boasts the second-best record in the Pacific Coast League ahead of next week’s series at Tacoma.

During the most recent series, 23-year broadcaster Steve Klauke called a catch by center-fielder Shane Robinson “one of, if not, the best catches” he’s ever seen.

The 31-year-old Robinson was rewarded with a call-up Sunday against the Rangers, when he went 2-for-4 with two runs scored while starting in left field.

Robinson bat .306 with three stolen bases for the Bees over the first 16 games of the season, and his stay in Southern California could see extended minutes with the absence of outfielders Daniel Nava and Craig Gentry to injuries.
