Editor's note: This is list that will be updated as local athletes sign with prospective NFL teams. Check back to see where local athletes will play at the next level.SALT LAKE CITY — The 2016 NFL Draft has come to a close and six local football players were drafted to various teams. However, several local athletes also signed a free agency deal following the draft. The following is a where local athletes ended up in the draft or in free agency.

All players invited to mini-camp or signing a free agency deal has been independently confirmed by KSL.com unless otherwise noted.

BYU

Bronson Kaufusi:Drafted No. 70 overall in the third round to the Baltimore Ravens.

Mitch Mathews: Signed as a free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs, the school announced.

Ryker Mathews: Signed as a free agent with the New Orleans Saints, the school announced.

Manoa Pikula: Signed as a free agent with the Green Bay Packers, the school announced.

Graham Rowley: Will report to Packers mini-camp, the Deseret News reported.

Terenn Houk: Will report to mini-camp with the Chicago Bears, his agent confirmed.


Southern Utah

Miles Killebrew:Drafted No. 111 overall in the fourth round to the Detroit Lions.

LeShaun Sims:Drafted No. 157 overall in the fifth round to the Tennessee Titans.

James Cowser: Signed as a free agent with the Oakland Raiders, his head coach Demario Warren announced.

Anthony Norris: Signed as a free agent with the Denver Broncos, his head coach announced.

Ammon Olsen: Signed as a free agent with the Indianapolis Colts, the school announced.

Brock Miller (2013): Will report to mini-camp with the Colts, the school announced.


Utah

Devontae Booker:Drafted No. 136 overall in the fourth round to the Denver Broncos.

Jason Fanaika: Fanaika signed a free agency deal with the San Francisco 49ers.

Tevin Carter: Carter signed a free agency deal with the Washington Redskins.

Tom Hackett: Hackett signed a free agency deal with the New York Jets.

Jared Norris: Norris signed a free agency deal with the Carolina Panthers.

Travis Wilson: Wilson will report to mini-camp with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Gionni Paul: Paul will join Wilson and report to mini-camp with the Cincinnati Bengals, according to a tweet by Utah football.

Siaosi Aiono: Aiono signed a free agency deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, according to a tweet by Utah football.

Jason Whittingham: Whittingham will report to mini-camp with the Oakland Raiders, according to a tweet by Utah football.


Utah State

Nick Vigil:Drafted No. 87 overall in the third round to the Cincinnati Bengals.

Kyler Fackrell:Drafted No. 88 overall in the third round to the Green Bay Packers.

Hunter Sharp: Signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles, the school announced.

David Moala: Signed as a free agent with the Denver Broncos, the school announced.

Torrey Green: Signed as a free agent with the Atlanta Falcons, the school announced.

Devonte Robinson: Signed as a free agent with the Green Bay Packers, the school announced.

Chuckie Keeton: Will report to mini-camp with the Houston Texans, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Marwin Evans: Will report to mini-camp with the Seattle Seahawks, according to his junior college coach.

LT Filiaga:Signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles, the school announced.

Jordan Nielsen: Will report to mini-camp with the Arizona Cardinals, the school announced.


Weber State

Devonte Johnson: Will report to rookie mini-camp with the Atlanta Falcons, the school announced.
