Weber State cruises to 76-66 win over Northern Arizona

OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Joel Bolomboy scored 17 points and hauled in 15 rebounds to lead Weber State to a 76-66 win over Northern Arizona on Thursday night.

Jeremy Senglin added 13 points, McKay Cannon had 11 and Zach Braxton grabbed 11 rebounds to go with nine points for Weber State (14-6, 6-1 Big Sky). It was Bolomboy's 18th double-double in the past 20 games.

The Wildcats never trailed but Northern Arizona (3-16, 1-7) tied the game at 20 with Marcus DeBerry's 3-pointer with 4:12 to go before the break. Weber State opened the second half with a 9-0 burst capped with a 3-pointer from Bolomboy to make it 38-24 with 18:13 left and protected the advantage the rest of the way.

Kris Yanku led Northern Arizona with 19 points and nine rebounds. Ako Kaluna added 15 points and Mike Green had 10 for the Lumberjacks.
