PROVO — Three women were either groped or flashed while jogging Tuesday in Provo, police said, and investigators are trying to identify the man responsible.

The first victim was groped while jogging near the LDS temple in eastern Provo around 8:30 a.m., according to Provo police. Another woman told police she was groped near 800 East and 300 North about noon. The same man reportedly exposed himself to a third victim close to 800 East and 700 North around 3 p.m.

Police said the man is white, in his early to mid-20s, between 5 feet 10 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall, has dirty blonde hair and was last seen wearing maroon pants and a black and dark gray hoody, Provo police said. The man, who police described as having a medium build, was reportedly wearing the hood over his head.

The man apparently didn't speak to any of the victims.

Anyone with information about the man's identity or other information related to the case is asked to call Provo police at 801-852-6210.

Last year, Provo had a similar groping case linked to former BYU track athlete Nathan Eric Fletcher, who was accused by police of being the "BYU groper" who sexually accosted several women on or near the school's campus in 2014. He agreed in court to enter into a diversion agreement as a result of two class A misdemeanor sexual battery charges against him.

Under the agreement, the charges against Fletcher, now 24 years old, will be dismissed by the middle of 2016 if he meets certain requirements. Fletcher was ordered to submit himself to a psychosexual evaluation and any other counseling recommended as a result of the evaluation. In the deal, Fletcher is also required not to violate any other laws, outside of minor traffic offenses.
