SYRACUSE — Police are asking the public for help Friday to find a missing man who has a brain injury.

Kenneth Starbuck, 68, was last seen Tuesday at 10 a.m. near 2763 S. 2675 West in Syracuse, according to the Syracuse Police Department. Investigators said the man's sister reported him missing Thursday.

Starbuck was wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, brown shoes and gray baseball cap before going missing, according to police. They also said he is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs about 155 pounds and has blue eyes and gray hair. There is a tattoo of an eagle on his left forearm.

Starbuck did not take his medication with him, according to investigators. They said he may be in the area of 4100 South and State Street in Salt Lake City. Police also said Starbuck prefers to travel by foot or bus.

Anyone with information about Starbuck's location can reach Syracuse police by calling 801-825-4400.
