KITTY CITY — If you're an animal lover like me, sometimes you need every pet in sight to all be gathered in one spot for a giant snuggle.

I certainly can't explain why the feeling exists, but I can tell you that it is more need than want. When the urge strikes, all those paws need to be squished, all those backs need pets and all those heads need scratches, immediately and simultaneously if possible.

(If you're not a pet lover, maybe you have a same feeling about eating all the donuts, watching all the sports ballgames or cleaning all your household surfaces.)

Even if you don't get it, the little boy trying to herd a litter of kittens in this video is starting to understand. As he tries to gather the kittens on a blanket, they have other ideas and walk away. But what makes this boy's problem a delight for us is his unique understanding of the word "situation."

"We have two situations. How are we getting all these situations?" he says as he spots kittens that have left the safe zone.

I mean, he's not wrong, since a situation can be an "important or sudden problem," he's just a little unconventional in his usage. And in his young life, wandering kittens just might be his most important problem. Whatever the situation (wink, wink), it's likely the most adorable problem in existence.

Watch the video above to see how he takes care of all his situations.
