LAND OF ICE AND SNOW — For some, winter seems interminable, especially if you live in a place with winters that last more than three or four months.
It seems like a faraway, bad dream in the summer, but the struggle is real when it comes to lack of sun and tired-of-pulling-on-boots weariness, not to mention straight-up cabin fever. Well, unless you're the rare person, like me, who thinks winter rules and summer drools. (Haters gonna hate.)
The solution may be in the form of getting creative with your winter activities, just like the Latvians did in this video.
Instead of presumably another outing involving ice skating or ice fishing, this group of people decided to cut two perfect circles in a frozen lake, basically making an ice merry-go-round. I can hear the incredulity in your collective minds, so just watch and see. It's amazing what you can do with a devil-may-care attitude and power tools on a frozen lake.
If this unique activity wasn't enough of a good time, the video's creator paired it with the oompah of a silly song. It's truly in the realm of Internet perfection.
