PROVO — Former BYU guard Tyler Haws is already the program's all-time leading scorer, surpassing the mark held by former teammate Jimmer Fredette during his senior season.

But that's in the past. Now, Haws is working on his future.

Haws was one of six players announced by the Utah Jazz for their latest pre-draft workout, which will be held Monday morning.

Haws is one of four college players in the latest pre-draft workout, joining UC Santa Barbara center Alan Williams, Ohio State forward Sam Thompson and Oklahoma forward TayShawn Thomas.

International prospects Nedim Buza of Bosnia and Lucas Dias Silva of Brazil will also participate in Monday's workout. Haws is the only guard listed for Monday's shootaround.

Haws set a Phoenix Suns pre-draft workout record by running 28¾ lengths of the court during the 3-minute drill to end the session. The previous record was held by Carrick Felix, who ran 28¼ court lengths.

The Lone Peak High graduate was in Phoenix last weekend for a workout with the Suns, and he also has planned appearances with the L.A. Lakers, Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies, among others, he told KSL NewsRadio's Cougar Sports Saturday last weekend.

Haws finished his BYU career with a program-high 2,720 points. He also ranks first in BYU history in field goal attempts, free throws made, free throw percentage, games started, minutes played, consecutive free throws made, double-figure scoring games and 20-plus point games.
