Orange-Pineapple-Mint Greens Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Kale (spinach can be substituted)
• 1 cup Coconut Water
• 1 cup fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
• 3 cups Pineapple
• 1/4 fresh Mint Leaves
Method:
Blend kale, coconut water and orange juice on high speed in a blender until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and incorporated.
Enjoy for breakfast or as an afternoon pick me up.
