\Editor’s note: This video contains several instances of sudden, fake violence that may make some viewers uncomfortable.*GRAYSON, Ky. — As we all prepare our hearts, minds and bellies for Thanksgiving gatherings and feasts, it doesn’t hurt to review basic food rules and other etiquette.

Kentucky Christian University’s food service general manager has made a video to help students remember the “10 Commandments of the Cafeteria.” You may find the general rules apply at your gatherings, but it’s the “punishments” you might want to cut back on.

The rules are basically common sense that center around respecting other people and the facilities. Nothing out of the ordinary. But when the video opens with the manager “playing” some pretty sick electric guitar and cracking dad jokes, you know that the presentation will be something special.

There’s nothing I can say that will prepare you for how truly hilarious this video is, especially as it flies in the face of the conservative stereotypes one would expect out of a Christian university. I can only warn you that the punishments for breaking “commandments” at this university are hilariously swift and fierce.

So “come, follow me” to the video, and let it guide you through the killer sense of humor welcomed at Kentucky Christian University.

A 2009 video called the “10 Commandments of Chapel” inspired this reboot.
