SALT LAKE CITY — If you've lost someone to suicide it may feel like no one understands what you're going through. Here is a special message of hope.

Caring Connections at the University of Utah College of Nursing want to help suicide survivors who may have "unique risk factors" as they work through Complicated Grief, or "persistent, unrelenting grief."

The organization is conducting a research project to evaluate therapy for complicated grief. Adults who have experienced the death of a close friend or family member by suicide more than 6 months ago can receive counseling through the study. For more information, contact Kathie Supiano or Shawna Rees at 801-585-9522.
