OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Brandon Howe scored the go-ahead touchdown on a 1-yard run early in the fourth quarter and Cal Poly beat Weber State 30-24 on Saturday.
Cal Poly went up 24-17 after quarterback Chris Brown's 23-yard TD reception with 5:09 left in the third quarter. Bo Bolen responded on the kickoff return, running 94 yards to tie the score once more.

Howe had four carries for 24 yards on the winning drive, and finished with 87 yards on 23 carries. Brown and Kori Garcia each threw for one touchdown, and Brown picked up one more on the ground for the Mustangs (3-3, 2-1 Big Sky).
Weber State's final two drives ended in a missed field goal by Josh Kealamaki and a turnover on downs at the Cal Poly 44 with less than a minute remaining.
Zach Smith ran for 132 yards and one touchdown for the Wildcats (0-6, 0-2).
