JONESBORO, Ark. — Utah State couldn't capitalized on three Arkansas State fumbles and fell 0-2 on the road Saturday with a 21-14 overtime loss.

In a game where the Aggies outgained the Red Wolves by over 100 yards the offense missed out on several chances and let Arkansas State hang in the game just long enough to eek out a home victory.

The Aggies scored first on an 81-yard touchdown catch to Hunter Sharp from Darrell Garritson

Touchdown #usuaggies!!! To bad @espn3 can't move their camera so that people aren't RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT!!! #USUvsARST — Damon (Dube) Gragg (@USU_Aggie_Dube) September 21, 2014

After Arkansas State got into the end zone to tie up the game, USU's Ronald Butler got into the end zone with a 41-yard touchdown catch. The Red Wolves tied the game late in the fourth quarter, but it looked like the Aggies were going to escape with the victory after an Arkansas State fumble deep in its own territory.

FUMBLE!!! You got this Aggies! #usuaggies#USUfootball — natalie nix (@winnie4ed) September 21, 2014

Utah State fans were having flashbacks of what happened two years ago Wisconsin.

FUMBLE!!!!! Don't leave this game to the kicker #usuaggies. Punch it in!!! #USUvsARST — Damon (Dube) Gragg (@USU_Aggie_Dube) September 21, 2014

With one second left in the game it looked like USU had the game wrapped up.

BLOCKED: Diaz's field goal attempt is blocked by the Arkansas State defense, and this one will see overtime. #USUvsARST — USU Aggies News (@Aggies_KSL) September 21, 2014

The Aggies weren't able to get into the end zone and fell to 0-2 on the road this season. There was plenty of blame and finger-pointing going on after the loss.

Plain and simple...I put that loss on coaching! #USUvsARST — Ned Adams (@nedadams) September 21, 2014

> Unmitigated disaster of an ending for USU. But make no mistake about it, that game was lost in the first half. [\#USUvsARST](https://twitter.com/hashtag/USUvsARST?src=hash) > > — Marques Chavez (@marqueschavez) [September 21, 2014](https://twitter.com/marqueschavez/status/513518439160627200)

> Not optimistic for Aggies as they head into Provo. Aggies have no edge, no momentum. It's like old times.
