AUSTIN — The BYU Cougars made the long trip to Austin, Texas to take on the Texas Longhorns in a game the Burnt Orange Nation has been looking forward to for an entire year.
Last year the Cougars dismantled the Longhorns in Provo behind a phenomenal game by QB Taysom Hill. This time it was much of the same.

Hill's stats weren't what they were last year against Texas, but the momentum shift is thanks to an incredible 30-yard TD run that really has to be seen to believe. Thanks to social media we had a chance to see it over and over and over again.

KSL's own sports photographer and producer, Dave Noriega, happened to be in the perfect spot to capture that run.
Spectacular hurdling touchdown by Taysom Hill. BYU leads 13-0 https://t.co/yZUne9Lh4G — Dave Noriega (@davenoriega) September 7, 2014
Dave also happened to be in a great spot to see Jordan Leslie make the grab of the year for a huge first down that set up an Adam Hine TD run to put the Cougars up big.

The BYU defense also played lights out and the Cougars beat the Longhorns big for the second straight year. The final in Austin was 41-7 and BYU now looks forward to their home opener against Houston next weekend.
