SALT LAKE CITY — myAir Health is here to help you understand exactly what kind of activity you can do outside based on the air quality. It's an app built right here in Utah.

Steve Packham, a toxicologist with the Utah Division of Air Quality, and John Yoon, one of the men who built myAir Health joined us on the Browser 5.0 to tell us how it works. Watch the video to see the entire interview.

Packham said myAir Health can help patients, doctors, coaches, athletes, sports teams, fitness advocates, professional trainers, parents, and children make smart, informed decisions. The very freedom to do that — to choose what one wants to do based on a scientifically derived estimate of one's safe minutes - can reduce stress and anxiety.

It's free right now for iOS devices and available in the App Store.
