TOOELE — A 3.2 magnitude earthquake occurred outside Tooele Saturday evening.
The University of Utah Seismograph Stations reported the earthquake occurred 5.6 miles northeast of Tooele at 9:22 p.m.
Residents in surrounding areas who felt the earthquake are encouraged to report it to the U.S. Geological Survey.
