WILLARD, Box Elder County — Authorities have released the name of a man who fell to his death in an Ultralight accident Tuesday evening.

Allen Speer, 60, of West Haven, was found near the road of a campground at Willard Bay State Park, according to a news release from Utah State Parks Wednesday morning.

A passerby saw him land and called authorities around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. Medical personnel arrived and performed CPR but Speer was pronounced dead at a Box Elder County area hospital around 7:20 p.m.

No details about the cause of the accident have been released yet.
