SALT LAKE CITY — Millie Flamm was all things every little girl should be — kind, fun-loving, and a huge fan of Justin Bieber.
She had tickets to see him in January, but when she got too sick to go KSL brought Bieber to her.
"He gave her a little kiss on the cheek and she said, 'Mom, you are never going to wash my face again,' " said mother Amanda Flamm.
Lukemia never went away. But Millie leaves behind a legacy — Millie's Princess Run, held the morning of June 29.
It raises money for families — like the Flamms — giving all for a sick child, emotionally and financially.
"Avery day there are 10 to 15 medical bills and insurance statements," Flamm said.
Regardless of the pain and difficulty, the Flamms want to do something to give back.
"Its really hard to lose our daughter who meant so much to us," Flamm said. "It leaves a void in our family that I don't think will every be filled. But it's wonderful for us to turn some of that into a positive."
