On Tuesday, the Alta High Lady Hawks basketball team defeated the Cottonwood Colts, 52-50, in overtime.
The game was capped by a contested 15-foot jumper by Hawks' senior guard Makenzi Morrison. The shot sealed the win, and the victory extended the Hawks' winning streak to five.
