E-D-A Architects is pleased to announce the promotion of John Shuttleworth to President. Shuttleworth is EDA's Principal-in-Charge of its civic, justice and education programming, as well as its planning and design studio. He also has extensive experience in facility assessments and reuse. Shuttleworth has led the EDA team effort on many projects ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.

For over 25 years, he has worked to evolve the firm's ability to shape the design of civic and educational environments from purely functional spaces to highly engaging and dynamic spaces. Examples of Shuttleworth's recent work include the South Weber Elementary School K-2 Center, the renovation and restoration of Historic Ogden High School, and the renovation and restoration of the Ft. Douglas PX Building at the University of Utah.

Founded in January 1954, EDA is an architecture, interior design and planning firm.
