Utah Educational Savings Plan recently announced some changes to its offerings.

Utah's premier 529-savings program is reducing its annual Administrative Asset Fee—saving many folks up to 10 percent. As always, Utah residents invested in the Public Treasurers' Investment Fund investment option pay no investment or Administrative Asset Fees.

The Utah Educational Savings Plan will also expand the funds offered. Customized investment options allow account owners to design their own investment program.

A total of 22 underlying investments will be available to account owners in the customized investment options to save for the future qualified costs of a higher education.
