The Old Mill Thin Brick System is gaining in popularity because it's designed with the idea of giving you the option to create a brick wall in your home or office without the weight and depth of traditional bricks. These are thin brick overlays you can attach to the wall yourself with high-density polystyrene panels. They include convenient brick alignment guides so it's simple to create thin brick veneers in a beautiful ornate design on any surface.

Company owner and founder Garrick Huntsaker says the patented Old Mill product has been steadily growing since they launched their business in 2007. Garrick's background is in stucco, and one day he thought why not use the technology from the stucco industry and apply it to bricks? So, he started working on it, and today Old Mill Thin Brick System is sold throughout the United States. A second product line is the Brickweb 12 bricks pre-assembled to a panel. Old Mill Thin Brick is serving the commercial sector and the residential market.

This is genuine clay brick that's only half an inch thick, so you can imagine the possibilities. Because it's so lightweight, it doesn't have height or structure restrictions, it's safer and more energy efficient. Old Mill Thin Brick can be used to create beautiful ornate brick panels. Utah is a great market for Old Mill because of our strong do-it-yourself culture. Nationally, the Do It Yourself market is projected to hit $35 billion this year.

This is how fast this product is taking off. You can find Old Mill Thin Brick System in large retailers including Home Depot, Lowe's and Floor and Décor which recently opened in Draper. Old Mill Brick was used on the brand new red brick building in Sugarhouse on the corner of 21st South and 11th East and recently the thin bricks were used for a kitchen featured in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes.
