This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

Folks, this is the American dream. Jason Hargett and his brother, Brandon, own the Ruby River Steakhouse franchise and believe it or not, Jason started as a busboy 21 years ago. So, two and a half years ago, Jason and Brandon approached the Sizzling Platter ownership once again because they believe in the operation and wanted to buy it. And this time management said yes.

Jason and Brandon Hargett are the perfect co business owners for Ruby River Steakhouse. Jason is the front-end guy who loves the restaurant business and the relationship with his customers he's developed over the years. Brandon has his master's in finance and has operated big oil and gas companies which make him the perfect COO.

To give you an idea of the Hargett brothers' American dream, they have 300 employees. They own five Ruby River Steakhouses in Salt Lake City, Centerville, Provo, Riverdale and Reno, Nevada. Being part of the restaurant industry is a great opportunity with Utah restaurants projected to register $3.8 billion in sales in 2015 and accounting for 8 percent of employment.

Ruby River Steakhouse has been around for decades and has earned many awards since they opened in 1993. They've been voted Utah's Best Steak by City Search, City Weekly and Best of State numerous times. Jason has been attentive to build a menu with broad appeal. You can go into Ruby River Steakhouse and get one of the best steaks with crab or sit down with your date and get a fresh burger made to order.

Ruby River is also a great place for the family or to hang out with friends. They have a full bar with wonderful appetizers, like the Browning Onion, a sweet onion fried and served with their famous River Sauce. Or the Build your own Sampler where you can get three appetizers from the menu. Steak is their top seller, but they have tasty pastas, seafood and chicken. With the video screens, it's just a cool place to hang out.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
