This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

The verdict is in and Utah Business Magazine has once again ranked eLearning Brothers in Lindon as the No. 1 fastest growing company in Utah Valley. It's also one of Utah Valley's Top Tech companies for 2015. Andrew Scivally, who owns the company in partnership with his brother, Shawn, says growth for this company has been remarkable with revenues double what they were last year. That's impressive for a company started in the basement by two brothers just trying something new.

This online-based company is dedicated to creating an interactive and engaging training experience. At eLearning Brothers, their flagship product is the online template library. What they do is go out into the training world, find tools people need to build training courses, build out interactive content, turn them into templates and then sell it all through an online subscription library. This is a smart industry to be a part of since the annual worldwide growth rate for e-learning between 2012 and 2016 is sitting at approximately 8 percent with revenues expected to reach over $50 billion by 2016.

At eLearning Brothers, they want their customers to be rock stars, with training that is effective, engaging and will keep the user's attention. They also want the customer to take the credit for the success with training. While they are set up to create the entire training experience, eLearning Brothers remains focused on their template business. They have customers from around the world who come to them for online training templates. Andrew says there's nothing better than coming up with a new idea, creating a template and then taking it to market. The goal is to make your online training look appealing.

eLearning Brothers now has over 50 employees. They've created a work culture where employees want to be in the office and are working to be part of the energy. Andrew says this starts at the beginning when they hire people they trust. It leads to loyalty and dedication, with the vision of what the company will accomplish.
