This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

If you're interested in experiencing a fun spring festival showcasing baby animals in a beautiful historic setting, you'll want to plan a trip to the American West Heritage Center in Wellsville for Baby Animal Days, which run from April 2 to the 4.

You'll get to see all types of babies at this spring festival, the largest in Northern Utah, including ducks, chicks, piglets and even baby calves you can bottle feed. They're also reintroducing bison to the living history experience so you can see bison calves, as well as reindeer and a yak, on loan from Willow Park Zoo.

But Mic Bowen, director of operations, says the baby animals visitors are most excited to see are the baby bears from Yellowstone Bear World. And for three consecutive Saturdays following the festival, Baby Animal Days continues with farm animals. The festival also includes a min-train, pony rides and wagon rides. Mic says Baby Animals Days is far and away the most popular event at the American West Heritage Center every year. While others have tried to copy their program, he says this is the original Utah Baby Animal Days, and it's now multi-generational.

This festival is a great time to consider a family membership to the American West Heritage Center. For a family of four, going to Baby Animal Days will almost pay the cost of membership for a year, especially since your admission cost can be rolled into the annual membership price. This allows visitors to come to this original family farm all year round and experience other events, like their 24th of July Festival or Fall Harvest. They also offer historically accurate three-day overland handcart trek experiences for youth and family groups of up to 600 people.

The American West Heritage Center is also a popular corporate retreat with companies that book here every year. The American West Heritage Center hosts school groups throughout the year, and in the summer, they have camps for all ages of kids that vary in length from one to four days. Not to mention there are historic daily adventures.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
