This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

Park City has changed a lot in the last decade, with visitors from around the world coming to experience the beautiful seasons Utah style. That's why Outside magazine recently named Park City as The Best Town in America. And nobody knows better than Doug and Margie Hollinger, owners of Park City Clothing Company in Park City.

You know this store — they have the famous Loosie the Moose outside. Loosie is the only moose left out on Main Street in Park City, and thousands of pictures have been taken with her. The Hollingers have been operating their business on Historic Main Street in Park City for over 20 years.

Park City Clothing Company specializes in men's and women's footwear and clothing, with a Western flair. That means cowboy and western shirts, Pendleton blankets, boots and hats and high-quality lines, like Old Gringo boots, Ryan Michael shirts and Head ‘N Home Hat Company.

Park City Clothing Company carries faux fur, boot toppers, plus jackets and purses. And with Park City's reach well beyond Utah borders, they get people from everywhere shopping at their store. Of course, they've hosted celebrities like Tom Hanks, Sean Penn and Reba McIntyre, especially when the Sundance Film Festival is in full swing. But they also sell a lot of Western boots and shirts to people from back East or out of the country who want to commemorate their trip with authentic western wear.

Doug says the Olympics forever altered the business environment in Park City. It changed from a seasonal and weather-dependent town to one where many come in winter and decide to visit in summer as well. He still remembers the days when Main Street businesses closed for the summer. Fall is quickly becoming a popular time to visit.

Doug is from Boise, Idaho originally and grew up in the retail business. He and Margie met at 15, and married at 21. Doug worked in retail for 20 years before opening Park City Clothing Company. And as to his partnership with Margie, Doug says he wouldn't be in business with anybody else.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
