This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

When choosing where to put his dental offices, Dr. Cory Stark carefully researched the demographics of the valley. He discovered the south end of the Salt Lake Valley was one of the fastest growing areas with a young population and chose to build his offices there. Sometimes moms come into Out of This World Dentistry stressed about past experiences their kids have had while visiting the dentist. But the staff knows and loves working with children so they're treated with care. They even offer sedation dentistry for the most anxious kids.

The focus for this 25-year-old dental practice is children's dentistry, with an emphasis on kids from age three up to age 17. Research shows dental decay is the No. 1 disease affecting kids in America, so he and his staff of 20 employees are helping kids get on top of their dental health. With the success his office is experiencing, Out of This World Dentistry just opened a new dental location in West Jordan on Redwood Road and about 70th South, to add to the convenience of their other three offices in South Jordan, Cottonwood Heights and Draper.

Dental visit anxiety resonates with Dr. Stark, who had many personal experiences visiting the dentist as a young child. He was always treated with great respect, when having his dental work done. So now he wants to pay it forward by treating his patients with the same care. Out of This World Dentistry also offers general dentistry and orthodontics for parents who want to come just one place for all their dental needs, providing convenience for busy families.

Your smile is important in your daily interactions. It gives you confidence and provides an important glimpse into your overall health. It can show the first signs of nutritional deficiencies or general infection. Studies have also linked it with heart disease. Dr. Stark, reminds you this is why regular visits to see the dentist are so important and why he feels so strongly about his work as the owner of Out of This World Dentistry.
