This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

So, you're in Park City, either enjoying the over 400 miles of trails in the nicer weather or hitting the slopes at some of the nation's best ski resorts when the snow flies. It's late, and you're ready for a great meal. Where can you go for a classy, late-night dinner? Butcher's Chophouse and Bar at 751 Main Street has a kitchen that serves all evening, and the bar stays open until 1 a.m.

Some of the chophouse favorites are the cowboy bone-in ribeye, 16 oz. on the bone and the pork chops. Charles O'Brien, director of marketing, says that these pork chops aren't what you're probably thinking of, they're 12 oz. and juicy.

If you're looking for an earlier meal, the chophouse begins serving dinner at four. Evening diners can sit on the Butcher's Chophouse patio and have an unobstructed view of the sunset. Because there aren't buildings blocking it, the patio is one of the last places in town to see the sun set. It's been a two-year project for Charles and the chophouse team. It seats 85 people and is right at the base of Town Lift. Having the summer come early this year has really boosted offseason business.

Butcher's Chophouse has been a hot spot for locals and visitors alike since it opened in 2005. Charles says the caliber of resorts in Park City brings national and international guests, which is great for the restaurants in town. Right now, the restaurant employs about 30 people, although that number fluctuates throughout the year.

Charles says taking care of people is what personalizes and defines Butcher's Chophouse. They are proud to give only the best service to every customer. Charities like the Park City Historical Society and Habitat for Humanity can also count on support from the restaurant.

In just a few weeks, on August 12, the Tour of Utah will finish right outside Butcher's Chophouse. So, if you're planning to watch the bike race, don't miss out on a great meal while you're in town!
