I'm not sure who else I would be more gaga over - maybe Gordon Ramsey, possibly Simon Cowell (I know - I can't help myself). This morning we got to interview Emeril Lagasse. Oh - the things that man can do with garlic.
He was so gracious, so filled with excitement about his new book, Emeril at the Grill. I know he does these interviews one after another after another, so I have no idea how he can be so interested in yet another one - and still he was.
There are some people who just have "it," that special passion for life that makes the world swirl at their feet. Emeril strikes me as one of those amazing individuals. After our conversation today (which you can hear on the Grant and Amanda page), I am more of a fan.
