I read about a wonderful program this morning that is being promoted by Salt Lake County and the Salt Lake Valley Health Department. It's called One Small Change. It encourages us to do just one thing - one small thing - this year to improve your health. There's a great video on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/saltlakevalleyhealth.

So - here are my ideas for one small change in my life:

1) Eat no candy in my boss' office
2) Stop eating the portions of my son's cheese sandwich that he doesn't eat
3) Eat nothing standing up
4) Eat no french fries, even if not doing so will allow food to be wasted
5) One latte a week - unless I'm having a really hard day.

Oops - that's five things. (I've always been an overachiever.)
