Search Tips

The KSL Classifieds search by default does an "OR" search. This means if your search terms include more than one word, it will search for instances of one or the other (ex. "sony walkman" will search for result with "sony" or "walkman"). NOTE: If your search term contains a word shorter than two letter, you will need to enclose it in quotation marks (ex. "XM Radio").

1) To search for specific terms that include multiple words, you can use the plus (+) sign. For example if you wanted to find ads that only include sirius AND radio you could use plus signs, such as +sirius +radio.

2) To exclude words from a search you can use the minus (-) sign. For example, you could search for radio -cell -phone -mobile and it will return all ads that include the word radio but which do not include the words cell, phone, or mobile.

3) You cannot combine quotes (") and plus (+) and minus (-) signs in a search.
