In the introduction of Governor Huntsman, Senator John McCain brought up the Pew Research Center's ranking of Utah as the Best Managed State in the Nation. Also Huntsman mentioned our new direct flight to Tokyo. Seems like those who were watching the confirmation hearing got a little taste of "What's Right With Utah." I did a preview story of the hearing with Tom Korologos, a former Utahn and former US Ambassador to Belgium. He predicted (and he was right) that the hearing would go smoothly. Of course Gov Huntsman is familiar with the process, because he has been there before. Now we wait and see. Korologos said there are some more hoops to go through but it seems the Senate should get er done before their August recess.
