Utah has some shiny new laws that take effect today including some "strict" new DUI code. Since we seem to be swinging and missing when it comes to the DUI laws in this state (country), I submit that we look into Norway's drinking and driving laws. The legal blood alcohol level? .02 A license is ripped after one offense and you are fined according to your wealth and status in the community. One Norseman found this out the hard way this week when he was dinged $109,000 for driving under the influence. Now that's enforcement that is serious about "zero fatalities".
