Class Description:

Learn to graft fruit trees using an Omega grafting tool in this hands-on, two hour workshop and take home two grafted apple trees as part of the registration fee. Participants can select from various heirloom and modern-day apple varieties, or bring your own apple scion wood to graft with. Additional rootstocks and scion wood may be purchased for an additional fee. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.

Thursday, April 17 USU Botanical Center-Kaysville, Davis County 1-3 pm

Thursday, April 17 USU Botanical Center - Kaysville, Davis County 6-8 pm

Friday, April 18 USU Brigham City Campus - Box Elder County 9-11 am

Friday, April 18 Ogden Botanical Gardens - Weber County 1-3 pm

Saturday, April 19 Jordan Valley Conservation Garden - Salt Lake Co. 11am-1 pm

The classes cost $14 for garden members for $19 for the public.
