RECIPE: Watermelon Sorbet
Lime syrup:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 Tablespoon True Lime crystallized lime
Simmer ingredients for 2-3 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool the syrup.
Sorbet base:
5 cups cut watermelon blended with an immersion blender. Strain the blended watermelon with a sieve. Blend watermelon base with the cooled lime syrup and add to ice cream machine. Churn according to your machine's specifications, generally 20 minutes.
