Ingredients:
1 ½ C AP Flour
½ C Quality Cocoa Powder
1 t Baking Soda
½ t Baking Powder
½ C Butter
¼ C Brown Sugar
½ C White Sugar
2 Lg Eggs
4 Small Bananas, Mashed, about 1 ⅓ C
½ C Chocolate Chips or Chunks
Topping
¼ C Half n’ Half
2 T Brown Sugar
1 t Butter
½ t Vanilla
6 T Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F, grease and flour a 9X5 loaf pan. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda/powder in a large bowl. Set aside. Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Stir in eggs and bananas. Add banana mix and choc chips to flour mixture. Stir just until combined. Bake 50-60 Minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Heat half n’ half and brown sugar over medium heat until brown sugar has dissolved and tiny bubbles form on the edges. Stir in vanilla and butter until melted and turn off heat. Add chocolate chips and do not stir. Let sit 3 minutes. Whisk chocolate chips until smooth. Cool and drizzle over bread
