Veggie Burger
• Beyond Meat Beyond Burger or Beast Burger
• Euro Classic Whole Wheat Brioche Bun
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Onion
• Cheese(optional)
• Dijon Mustard
• Ketchup
Cook Burger Patty, Toast Bun and add Mustard and Ketchup. Stack Patty, lettuce, Tomato and Onion on bottom bun put top bun on and enjoy.

Baked Chicken Wings
• Chicken Wing Pieces
• Salt
• Pepper
• EVOO (optional)
• Wing sauce
• BBQ Sauce
Pre-Heat oven to 375. Toss raw wings in bowl and coat with Salt & Pepper and oil in you choose. Put wings on cooking sheet trays and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes. Check wings for doneness and crispness. Cook longer to get desired results. Wings are done when juices are clear. Toss cooked wings with your favorite sauce and enjoy.

Guacamole
• Avocados
• Pico De Gallo
• Lime Juice
• Salt
• Pepper
Cut open and remove pits from avocados. Spoon avocado into a bowl and mass up into a pulp. Add Pico De Gallo and lime juice. Mix together and add salt and pepper to taste.

Fried Pickles
• Yee-Haw Pickle Chips
• Seasoned Flour (Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika)
• Table Top Deep Fryer or frying pan filled with 1” of canola oil
Drain Pickles and pat dry with paper towel. Toss pickles with seasoned flour. Put pickles into fryer or frying pan with oil and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
