Self-Esteem What is the Healthy Way to Gain Esteem?

The neat thing about relationships, is that we all suffer together with them.

We are going to talk about self-esteem. A study talked about how Facebook affects our self-esteem. Learning to talk self-esteem is a huge problem. Some have too much, and others don't have enough to take a stand. They are not confident enough to be who they are. Cornell University came out and said that Facebook can impact your self-esteem. If you had a choice to look into a mirror for a time or look on Facebook, Facebook would do more for your self-esteem. Why would your Facebook page affect your esteem? When you are editing your profile, your esteem goes up even more. This isn't all about Facebook. What is the best way to grow your esteem?
