Is Life a Funk? How do you get back on track?
The winter blues may affect you. After the holidays, we feel beat down or let down or maybe the holidays weren't what we thought they should have been. It's easy to fall into a funk. On top of that, we add the weather and the sickness. It's cold and we are wearing our fat clothes. I think all of this might have a possibility of generating a little bit of a funk. Or some may have Season Defective Disorder, so your body isn't creating enough chemistry. Are you are feeling this funk and feeling a little lethargic? What can we do in this part of life? How can we use real life solutions to get out of this funk? What is the best, fastest, easiest, way to get back on track?
