(Salt Lake City) - Saturday was supposed to provide a break from all the conference madness in College Football. Instead, news concerning conference expansion and realignment continues to develop from different parts of the country.

Does Utah still have a chance to land in the new Pac-10? ESPN's National College Football Reporter Joe Schad posted on Twitter that "Hearing if A&M passes on Pac-10, Utah has edge on Kansas as potential 16th member."

Then Chip Brown of Orangebloods.com, the reporter breaking much of this expansion/realignment news, tweeted late Saturday night saying, "Kansas appears to have the edge on Utah to get invited to the Pac-10 if Texas A&M decides to jump to the SEC, sources say."

Ute fans will have to wait until Texas A&M makes a decision before we find out who was right and who was wrong.
