HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) — Jalen Billups scored 20 points, Tyler White scored his 1,000th career point and Northern Kentucky rallied to beat Milwaukee 75-71 on Saturday night to end a two-game skid.

Trailing by seven at halftime, Northern Kentucky gained on an 11-3 run, then led 66-65 on Todd Johnson's 3-pointer with 6:19 left.

White's layup with 45 seconds left put the Norse up 72-69, but Jordan Johnson pulled Milwaukee within one with a layup. White hit a 3 with 9 seconds left to ice it, and Milwaukee's Akeem Springs missed a 3 at the buzzer.

Cole Murray hit five 3-pointers and Northern Kentucky (9-14, 5-7 Horizon League) shot 11 of 22 from beyond the arc (50 percent). White had six assists and scored 10 points, becoming the 25th Norse in NKU history to reach 1,000 career points.

J.J. Panoske scored 21 points and made four assists for the Panthers (15-9, 6-5). Johnson scored 13 with 10 assists.
