FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Paul Miller scored a career-high 27 points and the Bison used a big second half to beat North Carolina A&T 77-56 on Saturday.

The Bison (4-1) trailed by one, 28-27, at halftime after making just 3 of 16 3-pointers and shooting 38.5 percent overall. They shot 54 percent in the second half when Miller scored 17 points.

North Dakota State took its first lead at 33-30 on back-to-back 3-pointers by Malik Clements and Miller early in the second half. The Bison went up 10 with 7:51 left and a 10-0 run gave them a 63-44 lead with 3:19 remaining.

Miller was 8 of 15 from the floor and made 8 of 9 free throws. A.J. Jacobson added 17 points and Dexter Werner 11 and Clements 10.

Bruce Beckford led the Aggies (0-7) with 19 points with Joshea Singleton scoring 18. The Bison had 16 turnovers, 10 in the second half.
