MOREHEAD, Ky. (AP) — Corban Collins had 15 points and six assists to help Morehead State roll to an 85-61 victory over Marshall on Tuesday night.

Collins was just 3 of 14 from the floor, but made a 3-pointer and all eight free-throw attempts. DeJuan Marrero scored 10 points, and Miguel Dicent had seven points and a career-high seven assists for Morehead State (3-1).

Austin Loop made four 3-pointers and finished with 12 points for Marshall (0-2). C.J. Burks had 12 points, and James Kelly and Stevie Browning added 10 apiece.

The Eagles had an eight-point lead midway through the first half. Loop made a 3-pointer to pull the Thundering Herd to 23-21. Morehead State closed the half on a 15-6 run for a 38-27 halftime lead. Ty'Quan Bitting scored all eight of his points during the span.

Marrero scored the first six points of the second half and the Eagles cruised from there.
