Utah is willing to continue the series with BYU, but only on its terms. Specifically, the Utes will play the Cougars as long as the game is played in the first few weeks of every season. Utah is no longer interested in scheduling the game in November

BYU's policy of not commenting on Honor Code investigations is correct, but in some situations something needs to be said. The school should give a public comment on situations involving arrests or when a player is suspended from any games.
