Officers kill a man making threats at West Desert waste facility

SL Co. Mayor talks about other homeless facilites

First it was four and now it's down to two. Only two homeless shelters will be housed in Salt Lake City and the Sugarhouse shelter idea has been scrapped. SLC to build only two new homeless facilities

State officials, along with leaders from Salt Lake County, will start the process of finding a location for another facility outside of Salt Lake City.
