Partial official results from France's first-round presidential election show centrist Emmanuel Macron and far-right leader Marine Le Pen in the clear lead. With 76 percent of the votes counted, the Interior Ministry says that Macron had 23.3 percent of the vote and Le Pen 22.7 percent. They are followed by conservative candidate Francois Fillon with 19.8 percent and far-left challenger Jean-Luc Melenchon with 18.8 percent.
