JOHANNESBURG (AP) — Three African countries in the space of a week have announced they are withdrawing from the International Criminal Court, amid accusations that the tribunal is unfairly targeting Africa. But half of the situations the court has investigated have been requests from African states. Here's a look at where the ICC has probed and at whose request.
